Shipping Policy

Handling Time:

​All orders are packed & processed within 48 hours of payment excluding weekends (Saturday-Sunday) & bank holidays. All orders placed over the weekend will be pack & processed the following Monday.

 

​UK Shipping Services:​

Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2-3 Business Days) - Free on all orders of £100 an above

• Tracked.

• Photo on delivery.

• ​Compensation cover up to £150.​​​

 

​Wrong Address:

​It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure the shipping address is entered correctly. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have entered an incorrect shipping address. A small window is available for these changes prior to shipment.

It is the customers’ responsibility to provide a complete address, in the event that the goods are posted, but cannot be delivered due to an error on the customers part. We reserve the right to charge additional postage to resend the items once they are returned by the carrier. The customer may of course choose to treat the order as an unwanted item and return it under the return’s policy.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations can be requested prior to shipment but are subject to a 3% cancellation fee. This fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. This covers the non-refundable payment processing fee we are charged when the initial transaction is made.
