Refunds & Returns
Returns & Refunds will be processed within 14 days of confirming receipt of the items.
Returns Policy:

Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Returns must be unused.

Returns must be undamaged.

Returns must be unopened.

Returns must still be factory sealed & in the original packing.

Returns postage cost will be payed by you (the buyer) - Unless the fault lies with us. (Wrong item sent)

You (the buyer) will be responsible for ensuring the item arrives safely & undamaged.

Returns that do not satisfy these requirements will not be accepted.
Refunds Policy:

Refunds are subject to a 3% payment processing fee. This fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. This covers the non-refunded payment processing fee we are charged when the initial transaction is made.

Postage charges will be deducted from the refunded amount. (Amount deducted is subject to the postage option selected at check out. (£3.40 is deducted from the refunded amount for free postage orders)

Refunds that do not meet the returns policy requirements will not be accepted.
Delayed or lost parcels:

Although the success rate for Royal Mail meeting delivery timeframes is high, delays can/do still occur.

Subject to Royal Mail policy an item is not considered lost until 10 working days after the due date.

Once 10 working days have passed, we are able to file a compensation claim with Royal Mail.

Once the claim has been processed we can then give you the option of a refund or a replacement item.

Please note claims for lost parcels can take a few weeks to process.

If Royal Mail deny the refund claim then Coddy's Collection will cover the cost of the refund or replacement.

If your parcel is delayed or missing then please contact us at luke@coddyscollection.com and we will do everything we can to get more information for you.
Wrong Address:
It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure the shipping address is entered correctly. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have entered an incorrect shipping address. A small window is available for these changes prior to shipment.
It is the customers’ responsibility to provide a complete address, in the event that the goods are posted, but cannot be delivered due to an error on the customers part. We reserve the right to charge additional postage to resend the items once they are returned by the carrier. The customer may of course choose to treat the order as an unwanted item and return it under the return’s policy.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations can be requested prior to shipment but are subject to a 3% cancellation fee. This fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. This covers the non-refundable payment processing fee we are charged when the initial transaction is made.

Live Event Policy:

Items purchased during our live event have the option to be opened during the live event or sent sealed.

Items that have been opened during the live event can not be accepted for a return/refund.

Items must meet the returns policy requirements to be accepted for a return/refund.
